Frequently asked questions.
What is the warranty on the devices?
Prior to shipment, each device undergoes a thorough Phone Check diagnostic before being offered to customers. Due to this, rePhone is comfortable offering a 90-day manufacturers defect warranty covering all components of each device. Obviously any water or physical damage would not be covered by the warranty. Any battery sold with 85% or greater health would be covered but any device sold with <85% battery health would not qualify for warranties related to battery issues.
What is the return policy?
We understand that there are times when you order something and change your mind. rePhone offers returns for a full refund if they have been started within 72 hours of the devices arriving to your location. We will also offer a partial refund for any devices wishing to be returned up to 45 days after being delivered but those would be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I pay for the devices?
Great question! rePhone will send a QuickBooks invoice prior to shipping that will allow you to pay with wire, ACH, PayPal, or any major credit card. If you are choosing to pay via PayPal or credit card, those will be subject to a 3% payment processing fee.
Do the phones come kitted?
No, the devices come as the device only. There will be times that rePhone offers various accessories or packaging materials on the website, but those will be billed separately.
What are the shipping options?
Orders received Mon - Fri by 3 pm EST will ship out the same day. All other orders will ship out the following business day. Any order of 20+ units will receive free UPS Ground shipping. Any additional shipping options or insurances will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Options:
96 hours - USPS or UPS Ground
72 hours - USPS Priority Mail
72 hours - UPS 3 Day
48 hours - UPS 2 Day Air
24 hours - UPS Next Day Air
What happens if a package gets lost in the mail?
This is a very rare occurrence but things can certainly happen. Once a package has left the rePhone facility it is the responsibility of the buyer. Similarly, if there is a package being returned to rePhone, the buyer is responsible for the devices up until the moment they are received and checked back in to the rePhone warehouse. We recommend choosing an insurance option for your shipments but that is entirely up to the buyer.
